Therefore, AVDigitalWorks shall not be held responsible if a client’s brand, marketing performance, sales, or business growth does not progress as expected.

By using our services, the client accepts and agrees that outcomes may differ and no argument, dispute, or claim shall be raised against AVDigitalWorks regarding performance results.

2. Service Categories & Independent Rules

Each service category—Branding, Designing, Website Development, Social Media Creatives, Consultation etc.—has its own set of guidelines, processes, timelines, and policies.

AVDigitalWorks may update these category-wise rules from time to time based on requirements or industry changes, without prior notification to the client.

Clients are requested to review updates periodically.

3. Astrology-Based Business Consultancy

Our Astrology-Based Business Consultancy service is purely guidance-oriented, based on astrological interpretations and analytical methods.

  • Astrology is complex and interpretive in nature.

  • Predictions may vary due to minor changes in birth details, time, place, or external factors.

  • Therefore, AVDigitalWorks cannot be held liable for inaccuracies arising from incorrect client details or natural variations in astrological outcomes.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information for better analysis.

  • No legal claim, complaint, refund, or argument shall be entitled against AVDigitalWorks for astrological predictions or business guidance based on astrology.

We work with experienced astrologers or trained in-house analysts, but results cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of astrology and market dynamics.

4. No Legal Liability

The client agrees that:

  • AVDigitalWorks is not responsible for any business loss, financial loss, slowdown, or negative outcome resulting from design, marketing, consultation, website, or astrology-based guidance.

  • No legal action, complaint, or dispute can be initiated against AVDigitalWorks for any outcomes arising from our services.

  • All services are delivered with best effort, but results are subject to multiple external variables.

5. Payment, Refund & Project Policies

  • Services once initiated are non-refundable.

  • Any additional work beyond the project scope will incur extra charges.

  • Project timelines may extend due to revisions, client delays, or technical reasons.

  • Final deliveries will be provided only after full payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, creatives, websites, and digital assets created by AVDigitalWorks remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.

AVDigitalWorks may showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information, documents, images, and birth details (for astrology consultancy).

  • Approve drafts, samples, and revisions within reasonable timeframes.

  • Avoid sharing abusive, misleading, or false information.

Any delay or incorrect detail from the client’s side may impact the final outcome.

8. Modification of Terms

AVDigitalWorks reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.

Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
